Companies having unrealistic expectations and deadline is acceptable but employees having the same requirements is not acceptable. Sad reality of the job market. Interview should be a selection process and not rejection process. Despite spending lakhs of rupees in education the package is 3lpa with no growth. Rent in Bangalore is close to 85k for 3bhk. How should a beginner support his family? The system is broken. How should we expect a return on investment?

@@shubham_dalvi thats what is told in video first point. You can't job hunt like typical ypung 21-22 year old fresher in naukri linkedin where regular recruiters and company people hires employees already inside system. They are not designed to hire people like you. You have to do targetted job search utilizing the experience you have gathered with age.

New Regulator (statutory body)has been established to monitor utilities and they are offering 60% increase in salary. 3. I have dilemma because the medical benefit for current company is unlimited means company will pay for any amount for outpatient and warded for me, spouse and children. But the company slowly in approach to limit the benefits because the expenses is too big. Should I take the new position? Career path might be different already as an engineer and medical stil ok for new work but not as good as the current company Thanks

To get a natural resource lets say normal rock to make cement, people who want to use those search for those, process those, make those usable. But when it comes to human resource they want already processed product (with education and experience). Human has become inferior to even a piece of rock. All because of herd mentality. Don't do underpaid job, or contractual jobs, if they don't want you to give payroll leave them. Believe me you will grow more selling vegetables on cart than doing these underpaid, unsecured jobs.
