One more query - 1 factor which i often see in job descriptions and earning promotions is 'communication skills' demanded mostly by employers so how does in work exactly in our favour to get quick growth in terms of money ?

Hi! I am also facing same situation. The workplace I currently work at is too toxic. I am also in healthcare field like you. Everyday I enter that place, every nerve cell in my body screams at me to quit this job but I just can't because I have no other offer. Also that I'm a fresher but tbh will finish a year in this current company this Christmas. I hate this job role too tbh I'm tired idk what step should I take at this point

Hi. I have been watching your videos which are very helpful. Many many thanks for them. I have a question. If I hide one of my last education (for example MBA) in an interview and show up to the second last education (graduation) then is it possible that the company finds the hidden education (MBA) in background verification?

Hi, thanks for your advice. I need help. I have currently resigned from my current company as I got the offer, but hr is not agreeing for early release. I tried every way possible. I have to join other company in 2 months. My project manager supported me and released me but hr is not agreeing. Please help me. I hope you reply back. Can I take the resignation back? I only have one offer I was so happy as they were paying ne double salary but my hr is not supporting.

Write mail to HR and get reply on it then you can show your new company that mail which takes 45-60 days.

relieving letter sometimes come late your new employer must understand and provide you 2 months time, you can ask your previous HR to send a mail stating the same.

Mam how to identify & find the companies with most attractive/high payscale and greater growth as an outsider without having any friend working for them ? Which signs to look at for and how to find such companies in LinkedIn and google..
@theCorporateDiaries9 ай бұрын
Dear, good pay is not limited to LI & Google, just look for a good role inside product companies and FYI not all job roles are paid well in google and LI, so first build your skills in a role that is high in demand and then start applying where there is an opportunity with product companies(small or big doesn't matter)..
