Hey guys - I'm testing out these "KZbin Shorts" as a way to get content out a little more frequently. Let me know if you like them, or if I should stick to the longer videos! 🙏

I find yt shorts to be devoid of nuance and context, generally.

Short videos are great if they include a brief explanation, but I really enjoy your longer videos too. I’d like to see more frequent content from you, maybe just add a little more detail to your short videos

Yes, would be interesting to try but where did you get that cable attachment?

I would like to know why this is better. Since you should go slower on the muscle extension, it seems like it would be better to do one arm then the other?

That's a good question. In this case it's not a matter of being "better"... rather that of increased variety and hitting the muscle fibers in a unique way. You should indeed emphasize the eccentric phase with most of your exercises... but not all of them. Variety is key. The "isometric tension" of this exercise balancing out the concentric and eccentric phases of each arm really adds a unique element to a workout, and just the resistance angle itself that the single pulley attachment creates to both arms is also unique. If you try it, you'll feel that it works the target muscles differently than virtually anything else out there. And finally, it's just plain fun to do, and the more fun you have while workout out, the more effective and consistent you'll be!

Not crazy about the range of motion - or lack thereof. Seems to be only bout 70 per cent for each movement and that's not great. These are better than nothing but appear limited. Do it once but do it right Correct?
