You see, if I see another woman who’s practically better than me, both mentally and physically, I get attracted to them but also feel insecure at the same time. The simple solution is not accepting reality.Stop accepting being lower than them either physically or any way else. Just think of trying to get better than your were yesterday. And when those feelings arise, start praying or do workout or something that would distract you. Last thing is think that would they want you to think lustfully of them and then use that to look away and start working out so atleast you know you're trying.
