Great job Rich, you have done awesome with the lockdown. It had to be really hard and challenging especially for young people and artists like you. But, you recreated and defined a new reality with The a song a day and all your projects you have come up with, band, live chats, etc. You demonstrated how creative and what a go getter you are. This whole epidemic will soon be just a memory. You will have an amazing career and a great life! You have what it takes. Love your voice. Thank you! We all love you,

Wow, Richard. You've opened yourself up, made yourself vulnerable about real life things. I'm proud of you and it causes those of us who care to care more - for you. God bless you.

Loved this video because you shared your real life struggles because of the pandemic lockdown. Like you, I had to decide to "take back my life," so to speak, and get moving again. Nicer weather has helped bring a spring to my step. Focusing on eating healthy foods, getting daily exercise and making yourself accountable like you're doing through your videos will bring about the results you want. You have a beautiful voice and I've enjoyed your songs immensely. Go, Richard!

I think most of us can relate to COVID COVID weight gain. Also, I can't wait for the return of theater and concerts, here in the US. My first goal is to go see a Broadway show. BTW, "Killing Me Softly" is a great song. Roberta Flack wrote that song after seeing Don McClean perform. Thanks.

One thing that has definitely helped me during the lockdown is SADKCA with your wonderful voice, cheerful spirit and bright smile. Another thing is having a scheduled, consistent, realistic plan for working out. (It really helps me feel better about myself.) The other thing I’d have to mention is schoolwork. I’ve had a very large load this school year which, though it’s been hard because of the intense amount, has helped to keep me busy and distracted. Also, I just wanna say that I greatly admire what you’re doing with this new “Lose the Lockdown” and how you’re taking on the scary pressure of accountability. It’s very inspiring! (If I can make one suggestion, it’s to make sure your workout plan is realistic. That way it’ll be much less often that you mess up and thus discouragement will be a lot scarcer.) Again, thank you so much, Richard!! You have no idea the wonderful impact you have on peoples’ (including mine!) lives!

a fascinating video thank you - I can totally relate to this 'new' anxiety as everything starts to reopen - I think everybody is feeling the same thing though. That said, I cannot wait for theatres and music venues to reopen. Your posts have been brilliant throughout - hope to see you live soon !!!! Good luck with the 'Lose The Lockdown' program - everyone's routing for you !

Thank you so much, Richard for all if this. Your performance was brilliant. So much feeling conveyed. And, like you snd others I suspect, I'm newly committed to overcoming the Covid-bod I've grown into, but I gave to say you carry your 250lbs really well. you must be a vety thick boy. And of course, you're a rugby player.

So far Lockdown's been fine ... it's just the same lifestyle for me ... and there's been this stunning bloke singing to me! 😉😁🤣 But I think it has been hardest on you 20 something yo kids (I call you "Yaddles" (Young Adults)! 😜) who are just starting out in the world, socialising and establishing your career choices, life choices, and finding your longtime partners and friends. I hope you all take the time of this "Great Pause" as a chance to really consider what the values of life really are, and what role you can play in it! 💖 Great song choice for this video! 💖 CHOOKAS SNOOX! 💖

That is the Pandemic itself has not really impacted me .... 🤔.... - other than I needed to stop putting myself out in the public (self-isolation) while my mother was living out her last 6 months (Breast Cancer) so that I could be with her when she needed me therefore my Physio Therapy weekly sessions had to stop, and now walking is hard - But then It also meant I could not attend my psychologist sessions to address my long term PTSD and stress related Depression Fortunately I journal it so I turned that into letters. - and during our 2020 Autumn (March - June) I couldn't have the Gall Bladder removal Surgery I needed so spent several nights a week in such pain I was throwing up to the point I was ambulanced twice a month for pain relief in the local hospital's Emergency Department o/n (which was a covid hotspot centre) - When Mum did reach the end, her 5 children (2 children-in-law, 5 of her 9 grandchildren, and 3 close cousins and 2 best friends friends) had to take turns in spending time with her - she never saw us, her children, all together that one last time! (let alone the other 4 of her 9 grandchildren, 1 granddaughter-in-law, & 2 Great Grandchildren, along with Nephews, Nieces, and more distant cousins and friends) At 92 you accumulate many people who love and respect you! - and then the funeral for Mum was complicated by keeping tabs on numbers and demanding RSVPs - who does that when you are in the height of grief? - and then there was my daughter moving out just as we went into the second major lockdown and from that her decision to remain distant from all of us - and then the clincher was my son ended up non-verbal due to the pressure of life in lockdown leading to his now move away into supported care. Leaving me suddenly alone and physically and financially screwed! It just got to the stage I stopped counting the shoes dropping! 🥴 So, I guess yeah, I was inconvienienced by Covid-19.... 🙄 Thank you Richard for keeping me sane through all that! - and rewarding me by including me in "From Now On", the Valentine nonsense, and then as a winner of a "ASADKCA-V2" CD 🥰 Thank Goodness for you! 💗 YOU MATTER!!!!!💗 CHOOKAS SNOOX! 💖

I am a Registered Nurse and an Administrator and I work in the Retirement Community. 2020 was a difficult thing for us. We came in on December to find out we had an employee that gave 4 of our residents Covid. We are on the front line. I retired two months ago.

Be kind to yourself. Take it one day at a time. Borrow someone’s dog and go walking twice a day. You don’t need a gym. You will succeed.
