Alive Or Just Breathing set the benchmark for how modern metal is performed. It is still highly regarded as a masterpiece by many (including myself). I'll admit I was pretty stoked back when I heard Jesse was the new front man because I always thought his screams were more brutal than Howard's (Howard's cleans are eons better though) but I haven't liked anything they've put out since he's been the frontman again. The End of Heartache was a masterpiece and the next two records after that were great but nothing Jesse has done since has really peaked my interest.
