I think that Kalluto knowing nen and not Killua is due to the fact that their family considers Killua a prodigy and so he doesn't need help with nen, while Kalluto maybe is not naturally that strong so he needs nen to not be harmed and someone in the family trained him for that.

Yes he’s a transmuter but togashis diagram placed him and machi in the middle of the both transmuter and enhancers signifying that they are still natural transumuters but can learn enhancers ability at the same speed a natural enhancer would but the difference is they can only still use it at an 80 efficacy. This can change later on in life if the focus solely into mastering their enhancing abilities then the can become enhancers

I feel like Hunter X Hunter is very detailed oriented which slows the process but makes it great in its own way. All i know is that he has Dual affinity with enhancement so the new ability will be an upgrade of kanmuru. Because as we have seen kanmuru was all over speed and reflexes. So i think it was only a partial state he still doesn't apply strength in it. The perfect example is zenitsu's thunder breathing thunderclap and flash as it has force and elecrtical charge shockwaves that enables him to break the ground his stepping on and the destructive power of his every attack. Then Instead of a sword it'll be killua's claws. He still doesn't use his claws in conjunction with his godspeed as we have seen so far.

Upon their team attacking on the Royal Palace and with Zeno and Netero coming from above the Zoldyck Dragon, Killua recognized that: “This is Grandpa’s Dragon Dive!!” So it means he knew about it and can see it before even learning how to use Nen. My theory is that the Zoldyck wanted Killua to learn Nen naturally on his own thus not training him like the others did.
