It took me multiple tries to get the second last step done (where you get the greys to line up at the top) and I had to keep getting all the other layers done again but thankfully I had memorized that stage by that point. Once I'd finally understood the algorithm to align the grey pieces I found it easy to follow the last algorithm (I had to slow down the video so I could pause it). Thank you so so much, I'll probably still need to watch the video for the last algorithm for a while until I can memorise it but I can finally solve it. My kilominx was messed up when I bought it so I'm so happy to finally have it solved!

Thank you! Only using my 2x2 knowledge I managed to do everything except the last layer, I even managed to make the corners face the correct way, I just needed to solve the last layer, thanks for the help!

This is basically the megamonx method without having to sole second layer because it doesn’t have middle pieces in between nice I can’t wait to get this because I love my megaminx

Guys!! You can also do the easier algorithm for the last layer. It is exactly the algo to solve the last layer’s corners in the megaminx. It makes the cube way easier. I solved it without looking at any tutorials.

When i do R' D' R D for OLL in last layer it simply just does not work as when i get all the gray pieces on the top at least one of the white pieces are out of place. I have no idea how you did it in the video but it is not working for me. I also don't want to learn all 19 algorithms for last layer of kilominx so i don't know what to do. Edit: I kind of solved the problem myself. If anyone else has this problem, pretend you have oriented the last layer and do the algorithms than you need to do to solve the cube. In the end, I corner twisted the remaining 3 pieces that I had (it was really hard, i didn't think i could corner twist it before), and my cube was solved. Then I scrambled the last layer again and this time R' D' R D worked for me.

I had to redact my comment, because I thought you were referring to Sexy Move. As for this, I didn't think about the puzzle rotation... It essentially F', D', F, D. It is what it is, but this is also the beauty of video. Where I mess up, you can see a visual for easy reference.

I'm having the same problem. I literally followed the video move by move, but once i get to the last layer everything gets scrambled again. The colors dont orient themselves again once im done with getting all of the grey pieces on top. So now i just have a scrambled puzzle with a grey layer
