hearing some of the experiementation they did with Sonic Youth side project - Ciconne Youth - whitey album in this... sound walls , experimental etc. She was already thinking about some of this in 1988. March of the Ciccone Robots & G-Force, Macbeth for example.

I like it, and the styles blend very well, but 8 is over selling it just a tad. These instrumentals are cool but a good chunk are not THAT special. A tad derivative even. For example, BYE BYE is fun but compare it to a song like P.A.T by Denzel Curry and it pales. Worse tones, worse mix, worse vocals, worse drums, etc.
