@@hk703 yes I use almond milk but any kind of milk is fine. If you use regular milk though make sure you use less honey because the milk already has sugar. Almond milk is unsweetened so it needs more.

Ingredients: 2 Table Spoons Chia Seeds 1/2 Cup any Milk 1 Tea Spoon Honey Make sure to stir everything properly. Put in the fridge for at least a couple hours.

I’ve actually been making it for years as well …. 2tbsp of chia seeds 1tbsp hemp seeds 1tbsp overnight oats Some powder turmeric Honey Pinch of vanilla Coconut milk (you will need to add a bit more milk cause more ingredients) Add any toppings still is great on its own! Trust me you’ll never make it any other way after trying this recipe! Bless everyone ! 🙏🏽

I just add them to my yogurt, saves time and dishes. Plus I don’t have to feel like I’m feeding into these silly food fads. My mom worked at Organum in Burlington VT when I was a kid. We’ve been hitting these little seeds for over 3 decades. Top that!! No pun intended 😉 Top everything in chia seeds and you will feel reborn 🫶🏼

I love chia pudding. I use 1/2 cup or just under . I add fruit ,nuts sometimes coconut . Etc..I used to do this with oats.both are really good and filling . I set in fridge over night. So it's ready in the morning

So yummy, I use vanilla almond milk and 3 1/2 tablespoons of white chia seeds for a thicker consistency. We also add sliced almonds, granola and a mix of different berries and cinnamon.

Pro Tip.. unless ypu grind some of the Chia up they pretty much just slip right thru your digestive system and you won't get annny of the nutrients that you REEALLY want... plus you WILL still get allll the"" slippery"" effects that you also want.. so please, crush at least half of them before you make your pudding 🥰💝👍

I've been absolutely in love with chia pudding since around 2008...it's very versatile actually. Sometimes add a little bit to crockpot stews in stead of cornstarch or wheat flour for a low carb thickener as well....chia's pretty powerful stuff! 😋🥰

Try dry roasting Oats before adding.. I do it that way.. I Also add chia seed n keep in fridge, before eating I add Greek yogurt, banana n peanuts. I like it n have it almost every day

2011 was the first time I made mango chia pudding, it was so delicious and refreshing the next day I ate it, I love how simple and nutritious this now popular dessert is. I used to leave it overnight in the fridge for the next day. I haven't made it in years.
