Caramel? Do you mean the scene on the thumbnail? I haven't seen it in this video, but I think when the picture was for the first time shown in the media a few years ago (around 2017?) it was said that it's lubrication grease that's being packaged.

It's real. They also wear the metals of their fathers and grandfathers. This is why they have so many. If your grandfather fought in the 1950's Korean war it's a big family honor even to this day.
