I think it all happened in 2016. She rose to fame on Produce 101, debuted on IOI, then debuted on Gugudan, and before the year was over she debuted as a solo artist with the song "Flower road". The song was not written by her but was inspired by her life story. She debuted in kdramas in 2017 and musical theater in 2020. So, by the end of 2016 she was physically and emotionally destroyed, but continuing to work led her to some crisis and finally to "Warning."

her in that Lee Mujin's service show made me cry simply by her voice. I don't understand korean but her voice really calms me down

Her voice sounds like she's smiling, which she most often is. I suspect that's an actual singing technique, smiling while singing actually sounds differently to the ear.
