Above all the TECH that she masterfully manages, don't overlook the fact that she has EXCELLENT pitch and tone control of her own voice. I have ALWAYS been amazed at how AWESOME her voice is and her ability. Also, our child, Nebraska Jones loves her!

When I was maybe 18, Alan Wilder of Depeche Mode was explaining almost exactly the same concepts to the press and to a number of people that had no idea how brilliant it was. I see that same sparkle again here. Love ya, Kimbra!

This has inspired me a lot. Seeing artists like Bon Iver and Radiohead use these sorts of instruments to tweak and craft beautiful songs got me started, and now Kimbra has got me running for it

She actually knows how to use it though. Being able to do it live is what gets expensive, you can emulate a lot of this recorded through stock effects in your DAW.

Her setup probably took 1/4 of the time to come up with and is 1/4 as complicated as Beardymans convoluted setup but twice as cool because she's running it. What she was doing with it and her style of fx seemed more unique and interesting as well.
