I don't care about JLO. I want to know how you stay looking young and healthy.
@taraleightaracumming6726Ай бұрын
remember when J Lo said all she uses was olive oil on her skin? But she’s got $100 skin care products out on the market and then she said she doesn’t drink alcohol and now she has her own alcoholic beverage on the market too well I don’t believe anything. It’s all money that helps you stay young looking and all that good healthy food organic food rich people can afford personal assistance every corner

Oh, please. Anyone who has a lot of money and can spend her days in a spa taking care of her skin can also have this same thing happening. Please don't say that it's TOTALLY only because she uses sun screen.

Plus her genetics, she was born beautiful so she had a good starting base. She has a good diet and doesn't drink alcohol. Skincare bar sunscreen does not do alot. She also has alot of non surgical treatments which are very costly for the average lady, looking good is also her career so she has to prioritise it

If you watch her recent movies on a 4K television where there are no filters she does actually have wrinkles, she looks completely different on television vs social media. She still looks amazing but she looks more mid to late 40s whereas online she looks 30-35 Also, even though she works out only 4 or 5 times a week she dances every single day. Her practices and her performances are all workouts. Just her Vegas shows she performed every night for like 4 years, I think that’s pretty intense workouts
@sandral50863 ай бұрын
@@oonaghmolyneux7760yes but comparing other 55 year olds that I know workout 3-5 a week but don’t have performances you can see a difference, I noticed that all singers who have dancing in their performances do stay younger and fitter for longer, Usher, Britney Spears…..as opposed to Jessica Simpson and Christina Aguilera who do workout but don’t dance during performances and have had periods of time in their lives where they have struggled with their weights

JLo does very much look like she is in her 50s. Why do people have this mindset that women in their 50s look old and wrinkled? I agree that taking care of your skin does help keep it healthy for longer, but so many women are just too exhausted and also don't have the resources to look perfect all the time.

How do you know? If you just listen to gossip. Jlo is a beautiful woman regardless of people envious of her!

Not even trying to be hateful but I was shocked when I saw JLO in her new documentary on Amazon. JLO has always given me hope for how well people can age by taking good care of themselves and while I was not ignorant to the fact that she could afford treatments and procedures most couldn't I did credit it a lot to her lifestyle. Then watching the documentary I realized I had never seen an image or video of JLO without filters or at least incredible lighting. Some of the scenes in the documentary she looked like an average woman in her 50s. Which was both comforting and disappointing. Now I'm just talking about her face. Her body is incredible and that can definitely be credited to her healthy lifestyle and the work she puts in.

@@epierce4770 Agreed but her body without filters look 50+ as well With all normal cellulitis and stuff She looks good for her age overall. Bit not a phenomenon by any means. Just normal woman who takes care of herself. But still mid 50 🙂

I don't see the point of saying you should avoid something because it dehydrates you if you compensate for it by staying properly hydrated (by drinking an adequate amount of water).

There is a point actually...I drink coffee too, so I am no preacher, but I am aware that not drinking it would cause less acidity overall and it would allow for the body to keep more nutrients inside. Coffee flushes out minerals and water soluble vitamins, and though I don't exactly like it, it is true. As a fitness trainer, massage therapist and nutrition geek I cannot lie to myself. Even drinking too much water or exercising too much can be bad for the body. Of course it depends on the individual and their specific traits(genetics and epigenetics), but basically anything that has the potential to put the body in stress mode in any way( by creating a temporary imbalance ), has the potential to wear the body out, make it feel/look older and will definitely interfere with recovery. High intensity exercising and strength training cause wear and tear in the body too and one aught to allow for enough recovery time if they do not want the ugly side effects. However, while exercising brings plenty of benefits, especially in the long run, I cannot say the same about coffee. And coffee interferes with too many processes in the body, especially when "overdone". There are healthier energizers out there, just that they are not as yummy(except for dark chocolate 🙄❤), as cheap, nor as overly promoted and socially accepted as coffee. And like I said, I drink coffee too, but I am not gonna lie to myself in the process. To your health and beauty!❤

JLo looks great and healthy. However, I know regular people in my community and meet random people who look as good as she does and some even more youthful at her age and beyond. The reason we credit JLo is simply because she is a public figure.

Girl I feel like you are making extrapolations and hypotheses based on very superficial observations on one person and one sample size. Both Jennifer Lopez and you yourself are using heavy makeup, which presents a superficial look and hides the real appearance. To be authentic and more scientific, both your example and yourself need to show the authentic look, with no fake superficial cosmetics. Your viewers and I expect some minimum standards from a MD.
