Freeze- dried or frozen veggies, unsalted organic or regular bone broth plus canned fish and chicken hopefully unsalted, make a quick healthy meal!!!! A STANDING or TREADMILL desk is GREAT too!!!!

I like the pre-cutting veg for easy access. I've just started doing this. I use to only cut what i needed at the time. I also have a list of exercises I do each week. Helps me to remember as well. Great video ❤

Thank you. I really like some of your suggestions, such as, the pre-sleep journaling and walking during phone calls. I really need to sleep better. I will start implementing this tonight and let you know how it helps.
