I have the one with hand warmers, cool feature but don't know that they will ever be used.. I bought mine second hand, otherwise I most likely would've just bought the standard Nomad trunk. Anyways, its a good storage trunk, and the gas can holder is another feature that is actually very nice!, I did some fairly aggressive riding with a full gas can in place all day with no problems.

I bought this exact one, and after the first year the retaining cable for one of the cargo lids broke off. The next year, the shaft for the hinge on the other side fell off while I was riding. I had to rig something up to fix that. Finally today, I was riding through my wooded back area and the small access panel popped up and broke off. The idea of this design is good, it's just made of cheap plastic and poorly designed details. I wish this was better quality because I would love this thing. Now looking for something that is more robust. I only use this around my property on my Honda Rancher, and do not abuse it AT ALL. In my opinion, this is a piece of junk and I will be finding something hopefully better as a replacement tonight.

I have the same box also, the gas can strap system is horrible. My gas can was dangling by the strap flopping all around just from the drive up with quad in the back of the trailer. It def wouldn't last a minute on the trails I ride so I removed it before the ride.

I bought this 4 weeks ago. It shipped with a broken retention cable on one of the lids, which I immediately requested a replacement for. Well, here we are 4 weeks later and ZERO reply from them. Great trunk, loss of room, shitty customer service. For 250 bucks youd think the QC and CS would be better , but it's not unfortunately. Beware.

I’ve got this box on my Sportsman 450, I used GripPro anchors I found on eBay, they work well. The box holds a 1 gal. gas can, maybe a 1 1/2 if you could fined one but a 2 gal. cans to big.

I realize that Kimpex is 1 of your sponsors, but I'm dismayed that you guys at DT would promote this as easily accomodating a passenger. You spend a great deal of time promoting safe riding (and rightly so), and you certainly know how dangerous it is to ride 2-up on a single seat quad due to the weight balance, etc. Not to mention that in many states, it is illegal for 2 people to ride on a quad that is designed for 1 person.

I've ridden some pretty steep hills with my wife/kids on the back and never rolled it. People have used seats like this for decades. There have been a handful of roll overs through the years that were blamed on boxes like this but with no direct proof. Pretty sure its a marketting gig to get people to buy the more expensive atvs.

Worse ATV accessories out there I purchased their Front brush guard was advertised to fit my Polaris Sportsman received it no way it would fit and when I returned it they charged me 1/2 of the cost for restocking scammer comes to mind.

These types of packs can get you killed. The Nomad make a single person ATV look like a 2 person ATV. A single person atv with 2 people will tip over backwards and thousand of people have been sent to the ER for this. Also a forest ranger can and will ticket you for riding 2 people on a single ATV because it so dangerous. If the ATV is not clearly marked as a 2 person unit and have build in foot pegs and is about 8 inches longer to accommodate the added wight.
