Indeed, at first you would think anxiety disorder is nothing much but then once you experienced it before you would realize how painful it is. A like well deserved, neat deck bro! As far as anxiety goes man, the only fix is to resolve your trigger or you will have to live with it and take it from someone who has been through it, living with it is no life at all. For me there were a few steps to resolve my triggers as there were multiple so it was a process, nothing too elaborate tho, few things i tought were key, surround yourself with people you look up to as much as you can and you can trust, trust your gut and feelings (usually shit dont feel like shit unless its shit, if you catch my drift), manage your energy better (you need to make it last through the day otherwise you tire out and then bam, anxiety hits you from behind for 100dmg). I used mushrooms and ayahuasca as well at certain points when i was unsure about my triggers, helped me but its not necessary that it will help you too, do not do this on a whim and without a person that did this before, it is no joke, you will be trippin balls and everything needs to be prepared correctly for it to work properly and have the desired results. If you need to take a break take it, we will still be here when you get back, it is very doubtfull we will grow a life in the mean time....

You're also a great person, and your dedication to the channel is incredible. I too feel the constant buzz of seemingly pointless anxiety and learning how to mediate to just be with the feeling has helped me a ton. not a cure by any means but it definitely gives me a break from my anxious self even if it's just for the 20 minuets i'm sitting there.
