Yes, the addition of the oboe and piano accompaniment really set this song apart from Crimso's repertoire. I love the lyrics, Peter Sinfield the lyricist is now 80!

Somebody should mention who wrote the words: Peter Sinfield. Islands proved to be the last King Crimson album for which Sinfield wrote lyrics.
