Lil bomber isnt actually the name of the stand. Stand names get localized names because most are named after bands, songs, albums, and even musicians. The plane stands actual name is "Aerosmith", and you can see why that would raise copyright concerns lol.

The nuts powers are another great part about jojo, every fight you see some shit you'll never see in other anime, like who in the fuck thinks of half of this shit.
