Love the Canards! I would love to have a 260se Katmai, with a JT-A/Diesel Power-Plant, T-handle throttle quadrant, Normal Wheels/Pants and Oxygen System!

What does adding a canard have to do with retractable gear? how would this be 'Impossible'?

The controls for the canard take up the space that the retractable gear would fold up into under the engine bay.

That thing is all kinds of fine :-) "Nice panel"? Cummon, it would give the flying nun an erection. Even assuming some sales guff, those numbers are pretty amazing, especially the faster model I saw on their website - the 260 I think? The 150kt model looks like almost the perfect aircraft!

Useful load of only 1100-1200 lbs? That's not very good. My 185 has a little over 1100 lbs useful, and it's carrying around a 650-lb set of Aerocet 3400 Amphibs.
