Well, that was worth the wait. I think my favorite aspect is how you recreate Kong ‘33’s personality in the little moments (e.g., looking at the broken tree limb). Wonderful attention to detail. Would love to see you recreate other scenes that were cut before the film’s release!

Great how it could fit into the narrative of the film, and where it would take place. I felt kind of sorry for the Styracosaurus, as it was just eating and minding its own business. But Kong was clearly in no mood tp just walk around it.

Fun fact: in the 1933 film, the movement of King Kong's fur wasn't something that was intentional. The producers would have to move Kongs body in each individual frame. When it was done, the movement of the fur caused by said manipulation made him look more realistic.

Amazing work, iv always been a huge fan of stop motion, the fluidity is great, it’s very seamless. The score was great as well, classic King Kong theme. But my favourite parts of this have to be the moments when you can see kongs personality shine though. I can tell this really came from a place of love for the big ape. This video is everything I would’ve wanted from a 1933 King Kong stop motion style. The choice of using the styracosaurs was very good as well, it’s a interesting match up, one where King Kong has to use trail and error to figure out what works. I don’t like giving things 10/10s, but Iv watched this a good 5 times now, and still can’t find out anything wrong with it, keep it up.
