King Leads Army Into Battle

Operation All Clear was a military operation conducted by Royal Bhutan Army forces against Assam separatist insurgent groups in the southern regions of Bhutan between 15 December 2003 and 3 January 2004. It was the first operation ever conducted by the Royal Bhutan Army leads by King Jigme Singye Wangchuck the 4th King of Bhutan.

The war was happening when I was about 2 and half years old. Despite being young age I remember Everything like it happened yesterday. It all happened at my village bangtar under keptang dingshingzor. All the chaos of the war was witnessed byy my whole family. Because of the terrifying sounds of battle I used to ge sleepy easily 😂.. But the nightmare still remains.And Igot Traumatized by gun sounds etc... But thankfully that time Our savoir The fourth Druk gyalpo of Bhutan Jigme singye wangchuk finally liberated our village from the chaos. THANK YOU MY BELOVED KING

May God bless my king! King Jigme Singe is one of the kings who did all his best to bring happiness to the citizen. I love him from the bottom of my heart. I still remember his smiling face during his visit in Sarpang H School, Punakha H School and Paro TTC and DS. I miss my Gyalpo and Druk Gyalkap. hmmm back then I was 11yrs old and I don't remember anything except I was with my grandma and she was listening to the news about the war in the south, and all she could contribute was to chant some mantras, pray for our king, country and the people who are actually involved in the war. And me back then was at the golden age with no worries :) For me even now I'm not really that that kind of person who really believes in country, politics, or economics etc. It's like as a human being I believe in discovering the inner light, and until then there is no real peace. But again you know, we possess mind for logic and heart for love, And I would always choose love rather than logic. we could see what our king is doing for us, we have a totally different kind of king and we are blessed. He could have easily win my heart and I would have put aside my ideas in an exceptional situational like this and I would have gone to the war if I was little old enough. It's past and we shouldn't live in the past and there is no need to repent also for those of us who couldn't help in the actual moment. but now what we have to do in the future is NOT TO REPEAT THE SAME MISTAKE AGAIN. I am crazy sometimes but no idiot, and like i said above I wouldn't easily sacrifice my life for the country because for me our real goal is to know the self and not to associate with anything because its a vicious circle and nothing to gain much, but the way of love is totally illogical. When the king could do so much, I can also be a total crazy shit. The real ass hole!!

I got this information from my Bhutanese friend that, Ngalongs ( the westerners) with their inborn knack for flowery language and love of loud bombastics rhetorics, declared in a public forum that, "in the past our brave fore fathers have fought off foes from north and south, kept our independence intact with only RUSTED swords in the name of arms, today we are well equipped and we from age of 15 to 60 are ready to go to war". In the end it is the Sharchops ( the easterners) who made up 90 percent of the armed force that followed His Majesty to the battle ground and won the day. Paalden Drukpaaaa.....Gyallo !
