@@cashlance4863 yahoo! let the word of God take deep root in and guide our hearts. let His rebukes heigthen our joy as His comforts. let us chew the meat, drink the milk, seeking to raise children well in Christ.

That was truly great! The only thing with worship songs is that most of the time people only love it bc of how it sounds when it's really all about the words regardless how it sounds, and that's what I noticed about this song. As I was listening along, I was so into it and I realized I wasn't even paying attention to the words. So that's what you have to realize about worship, it's supposed to be about the words bc without caring for the words it's not worship, it's just listening to a song.

BranGames I've actually noticed the opposite effect in songs that are produced well like this and I would contend the point that worship is about the words -- worship is about giving praise, and that can be a speechless activity.

Ya I see what your saying

Brendan Szewczyk What I mean is just understanding the words because I mean EVERYONE worships differently but you still need to be focused on the words because the words are praising Jesus.

BranGames If you look back in the history of music in the church, as the music began to get rather elaborite during the renaissance, simple lines of chant had now become long, elaborite melislmas that noone could understand what was being sung. After the Council of Trent music in the church got back to being more about the congregation being able to understand what was being sung.

BranGames, thanks for sharing your honest thoughts! I can identify so deeply with this, myself. As a musician, I LOVE to create harmonies when I listen to music and to jam along with the rhythm of the songs. This is especially evident in many modern Christian worship songs. And I, too, have noticed many times in which I am more taken with the sound of my own voice or of the music that I forget who I am worshipping. The other side of the same coin is in thinking so much about the words that I miss the person of God that music can be so effective in bringing me to in a way that words can't. What do you think about this tension? The tension that lies between thought & feeling? What lets you know that your "worship" has been successful or effective? How has the Spirit of the Living God shown you Himself in ways that blow your mind, causing you to worship, even OUTSIDE of the realm of "Christian" music & "Christian" words altogether? Looking forward to hearing your thoughts!

He is reigning! He is marching! He is awakening His beautiful bride and equipping her. Seek Him and give Him it all. We will carry His triumph and Spirit as our sword going before us. Praise be the name Jesus the Son of the Living God. Full of peace and redemption. His blood has cleansed His bride.

Hi, Zillatech Gaming! I don't believe that kingskaleidoscope scored this piece out for their instruments, but I was able to find a chord sheet from their website. Here's the link: static1.squarespace.com/static/5314f856e4b02a8d2514a273/t/54d3bb08e4b0fad12f3eb022/1423162120979/All+Creatures+Chords+KK.pdf Hope it helps & glad you like it :)
