The King Tiger was a Monster. Until you see one in person you will see the difference between it and any Allied tank of the time.

0:05 I guess this only holds when considering the Western front only. If I compare the numbers it was a below-average battle compared to the average battle on the Eastern front, which shows how much bigger the Eastern front was in scale. Btw it is often wrongly said that the Battle of the Bulge was the last offensive of the Wehrmacht, which is also false, there was a bigger offensive in Hungary after the Battle of the Bulge (the Plattenseeoffensive, Operation Frühlingserwachen/Operation Spring Awaken).

@@HistoryWolfTours dont worry, the Russians downplay the effort of the West as well, without a Western front and the fighting in North africa, things might have been very different (for example, air supplying at Stalingrad also failed because a big chunk of the air fleet was relocated, and destroyed in an ingenius trap set up by the British in North africa), and without D-Day and the following fighting in France, all the offensive operations in the East might be turned out differently. Also, land lease was crucial, in particular in '41 & '42. WW2 was a combined effort.
