Ardy cloak is s tier, my dude. It’s nearly bis for pray bonus and mage/mage def. Got the stab bonus too. Ideal for any wildy content, especially revs with craw’s bow. Same with frem boots 4. Craw’s bow with no added risk. The boots give +mage bonus rather than snakeskin negative mage, which helps u land freezes to escape. Especially since the preposterous tele delay

I used to feel this way myself. I just forced myself to get it last week and the amount I’ve already used it doing group content with my buddies on our irons has already convinced me I did the right thing. Find a use for it and it is certainly nice

I grinded lumby and varrock elite and then kourend after I got 95 slayer. Those are my only 3 elites, everything else requires high runecrafting or 85 agility for ardy ):

Desert diary sucks balls. Not a single use until hard and even then it’s not game changing. Even for elite if u got a pool in ur POH the teleport isn’t really necessary, and kalphite shortcut doesn’t really matter because the only reason you would grind kq is to complete the elite desert diary in the first place

@UCznZtBry5IsJoIDN7vWjXSA its a one click tele to a better rejuv pool. u also get no desert heat from the diary so u can mine in quarry without protection. kq shortcut makes grinding kq even plausible. lots of time save and qol improvemnts for sure

@@runescapewatcher646 they’re obviously nice rewards to have, but realistically you’re going to use pool in the POH far more than statue of elid, and most people afk mining at MLM as opposed to power mining in the desert. Besides prospector already protects you from the desert heat, and the circlet of water from beneath cursed sands also essentially gives immunity to heat provided you charge it. Regardless, it doesn’t change that these rewards are only from the elite diary, which most players will probably never even achieve. Compare this to the easy ardougne diary, with gives unlimited teleports to an altar and a fairy ring with minimal stat and quest requirements. Or the hard western provinces diary, which unlocks elite void and the crystal halberd, and the hardest requirement is just killing zulrah once

@@the-jar the diary literally saves hours on hours of your life and gives so many benefits. elite void is very niche as well, and ardougne cape is literally only good for ironman for the most part. kq shortcut saves u an unimaginable amount of time when going for pet and the statue gives u a very conveniant way to regen your stats and its better than the house pool. also the shortcut at al kharid teleport saves lots of time and conveniant. i cant tell u how many times ive teleported to al kharid and used that window shortcut to get to shantay pass. compared to most diarys this one is used loads.

@@runescapewatcher646 We have rocktails, Elidinis statue is super obsolete. It also doesn't restore stats. Meanwhile ardy cloak is BIS for many bosses and 2nd or 3rd BIS for many others... You seem to just have a bias for desert content.

save up your fossils, you can get 2m pray exp an hour, better then the bonemeals from morytania. I can´t believe you didn´t mention th burgh the rott tele, which is huge. agree with fremmi, so useful! and better then climbing boots for pking. Would have made those bad boys S for shure.
