@@johnpantag472 I’m still on Chain of Memories, but in KH1 the only real problem I had with it was sometimes they would heal me right before I was about to heal myself and I couldn’t to stop in time, so I’d accidentally waste MP or Hi-Potions. The real issue that persists regardless of settings is Donald and Goofy using all the potions and ethers you give them. I always had to remember to equip them with items right before every boss fight because I wouldn’t give them any during normal gameplay.

Rage Form (much like Anti-Form in KH2) is just proof that Sora is a normal human being who has both Light and Darkness in his heart. Nomura said, that Anti-Form is a side-effect of using too much power and it did indeed come from the point when Sora was turned into a heartless. The coexistence of both isn't really that hard to explain. In pretty much all scenes where both Sora and Roxas can be seen, that doesn't happen in the real world. It's always in Sora's mind, in his heart or in the datascape. Only near the end of KH3 does Roxas obtain his own (artifical) body. If you meant the coexistence of their hearts, like how can there even be both a somebody Sora and a Roxas when Roxas is supposed to be his nobody, this is due to the fact that nobodies will actually "grow" their own heart soon after they come into existence. They become their own person. Nobodies actually do have hearts.

Normally Heartless lack bodies, but Kairi’s embrace was able to restore Heartless Sora to his own body, so Roxas, the body without a heart, didn’t need to give up his body for Sora and was able to grow his own heart. It was only when. Xemnas and the Organisation messed with Sora’s memories that it became necessary for Roxas to merge back with Sora and Sora could wake up. Before that Sora and Roxas had, or were developing what they lacked and the other had.
