The greatest Fishing Channel on the Face of the Planet. I grew up on the Coast of Adriatic Sea and my Family is for 700 Years in Shipping, Maritime Military and Fishing Professions. Still, I have learned so much from you and I am very thankful for that. Your Love for the Sea, your approach to the whole matter is just more than examplary in so many Ways. Keep on doing what you and how you do. Thanx👍🙏❤️

Great video. Do you not need to bleed Kingies?

Personally I prefer bleeding most of my fish I catch. Makes for a better filleting but that’s my preference

Legend. I've really noticed that you've changed tack on your show Mat, utilising the whole fish and preaching sustainability. That's what it's all about, without honoring the whole fish and sustainably fishing then it's just going to get worse for future generations.

Good to see you taking the Kingfish for consumption.

Wouldn't this be awesome if this happened 50 odd years ago. I'm 60ish and I've taken my catch whole since the 70s...now living in QLD, going in charters I always take. my catch whole...yep! Get bagged from the Ozzie's for taking everything...but they don't know what they're missing out on. The best parts are heads and wings!......end of story!

Im 100% behind stopping over seas sale of fish. You want new zealand fish , come to new zealand . or pay big bucks. or buy something local thats cheap
