Sir first thing. Apne jis bnde ko work compelete krne ko diya hai. Usko turbo ki working hi nhi pata ki turbo work kese krta hai. Jb usko yahi nhi malum ki turbo work kese krta hai. Toh apko kya lagta hai woh itne acchee idea ko fulfill kr payega. Just because first he should know about turbo working before start installation.

If u want this to even have a chance of working, convert the exhaust into a 2 into 1 system. Then have one turbo attached to it. And after all the mechanical stuff. You would need to remap the ecu. Check Team bhp. One person had turbocharged his Harley Superlow

Jus a suggestion bro. There are two exhaust in your bike. Dono exhaust ka flow ek turbo mein do rather than making it twin turbo. Ye jo turbos hai i think swift k hai.. ye ek turbo 4 cylinders handle kar sakte hai means 1500 cc tak. and your bike is 650 cc. i dont think u will get proper output. So make it single turbo.. But for proper output u need a guy who can remap your ecu because you are giving more air in engine through turbo. So u will need equally more fuel to generate more thrust. So all the best bruv. Will wait for your final product

Exactly...u need to simulate exhaust flow and remap oxygen sensor and turbo charger need proper exhaust pressure or else the boost will not be enough......this thing what is shown in video will not work for sure

@@MansoorKhanmohammed ya you are right, he need to chek the turbo performance graph. These turbo probally won't work, you need to get a turbo according to the mass flow of your engine engine. And then you need a bigger fuel injector ecu map etc etc etc

Hi bro firstly i am impressed by your idea of putting a turbo on ur twin.But i am a mech engg, i would like to suggest you calculate the exhaust pressure coming out of your engine and the input pressure required by the turbo to start.Try no to choke engine exhaust otherwise back pressure would be build in engine.Going to intake turbo should supply air equal to engine cylinder volume. Their a will a lot more calculations involved in it. Hope you success with your project would like to see 1st Turbo twin!!

Just one doubt.... Compressed air ka temperature (output of the cold side of the turbo) will be higher... I have worked with large size generators and in that they have intercoolers to cool the air entering the manifold, car mein bhi I think intercoolers hote hai.... Yaha pe hot air problem create nahi karegi? Also air flow agar increase hota hai to EFI ke parameters bhi change honge.... Will RE support you to change there parameters?
