I remember how mad I got when MSN was over, and I was forced into Skype!!! I found a crack that allowed me to still use MSN (because normally it just wouldn't work anymore) and speak to my contacts who were using Skype. And then, there was Facebook, and then Whatsapp.... I had over 5K contacts on my MSN..... I still miss it!!

Struggling to find myself a good priced builders van in lockdown. Noticed minibuses were the only bargains so in a mad moment bought a 20 plate transit 17seater . Thinking of keeping two seat in the back for me little best friend granddaughter Cleo. Then enter you pair . You tube mind benders and the Pembrokeshire west wales blog . Wow, I'm so glad everything has worked out for you! I do understand how those sort of experiences can change your life. When I was 23, a few months after my daughter's birth, I started getting flashes going on and off in my left eye. I didn't think much of it at the time, but after a few months I finally went to the doctor. He said to me, if you don't have a surgery now, you will go blind. It turns out I had a retinal detachment in my left eye and retinal tears in both. The recovery wasn't pleasant to say the least, but at least nowhere near as hard as what I imagine you went through and I managed to keep my eyesight. I had to give up studying for a law degree though. It kick started panic attacks that lasted for about 6 months and depression that lasted for years (I've been free from it for 3 years now!) A few months later, the 3 of us where in a car accident. Me and our daughter were fine, but a week later, my husband's eyesight kept dissapearing. We rushed to the A&E. In the accident one of his arteries in the neck had torn and he had carotid artery detachment, he was getting mini strokes, which caused his eyesight to go off. It also took a while to recover, but he fully recovered from it, baffling the doctors. The thing is I wouldn't change anything about those experiences, because they really did teach us a lot about ourselves, each other and the importance of life! I wish you both all the best in the world! And I can't wait to keep watching your journey!

Just found you guys recently. I went to school with Kara and Nate..they were a couple grades above me so I didn't really know them. Although..I did try out for cheerleading one time and Kara was the cheerleader that was teaching me how to cheer. (I was awful tho lol) I remember seeing her around school tho and she was exactly like she is now. Anyway..I'm obsessed with you guys now too! Im a big van life fan - living vicariously through these vlogs. I travelled through Europe in a VW camper van with my brother and father when I was a kid and I yearn to finda way to do it all again but may need to wait until I retire. I died in September 2002, died again in 2017, and wish I could live life like you guys do. I would love to be able to be as free as I used to be. Started following you and Trev after the dogs in Morrocco, great couple with a good outlook on life. Inspiring what you both do and how you are. I had a life threatening car crash and was in icu for 10 days and hospital for 103 days. I was home for 3 days before my partner left me after 30 years, I can't believe Trev looked after you when you barely knew each other. Anyhow drive despite all this I'm going van lifing in a few years thanks to people like you, I won't let what's happened to me stop me and when I get started it will be one of hell of a drive Clive. Still haven't finished the video but I didn't know Aimeee went through that. I also went through a similar but not as drawn out thing at the same age. It went from a an annoying lump on my neck to "OMG I could die" literally in a single day. Edit: removed personal, upsetting story. But the fact of the matter is ingot through it, and you guys got through it. Others haven't been so lucky, and there's no rhyme or reason why but we shouldn't waste the time we've been given and you guys aren't wasting your time, you're both amazing!

I(Chanin) just stumbled upon this video... we are 2 years into a slow road trip from Seattle to Argentina. We started a channel, not really having a clue what direction and have been fine-tuning as we go. About a month ago, Dr's found 2 tumors in Jason's colon. Everything has happened so fast, and he's been in the hospital now for 9 days. He had a second emergency surgery after complications from the first. Everything is on hold for us at the moment as we determine what's next. Seeing this video gave me life, gave me hope, and gave me a better vision. We have been trying to do a travel channel, when really we just want to show our love for life and living it. We are both silly, outgoing people but have been stoic and not showing us or our real personalities... right now we have a battle on our hands and a rough road ahead - but I feel very positive and want to show our viewers the real us. Thanks for your realness and inspiration. Hope to meet you maybe one day if our paths ever cross. ❤️🎗

I broke c5 paintballing when I was 17. Laying paralyzed in an ER while they add weights to your head is an experience I never want again. I don't have any photos of that day. I'm so lucky I was able to walk again and basically get back to normal. I wish I was traveling the world instead of getting into a work rut,but now with kids I feel like I can't give up the stability. I'll live vicariously through you.

Dear Aimee and Craig. When I first got interested in vanlife I subscribed to your channel. For some reason, in all the chaos of rapidly subscribing to and unsubscribing from vanlife channels in the first few weeks you fell victim to the red pencil. I found you again through Tania and Adam and quickly rectified that mishap. 😉 I'm very much interested in getting my own van in the hopefully not too distant future. One of the biggest hurdles is convincing my wife of it. She's said yes already but I can tell her heart is not in it. It is very much my dream, not hers. I'm trying to awaken the spark in her by watching vanlife videos. I'm literally spending hours a day during the pandemic watching all kinds of vanlife channels but the only two my wife will watch with me are "Jits into the Sunset" and now "Kinging It". That's a huge compliment. 👍🏽😁 We're watching your newest playlist together right now (Scotland) but myself I'm also interested in how it all began and that's why I'm here. I can relate with so many of your life changing experiences. My oldest daughter had her first tumor (then benign) taken out of her left breast when she was only 16. The second one (when she was 21) was malignant and spread aggressively. She and we as a family went through the most terrifying time of our lives. She's been cancer free now for almost 3 years. My best friend fell out of a window when he was young and broke his neck. He also was fitted with that halo-watchacallit device. So, you see I'm pretty familiar with what you went through (though not through my own experience). I'll watch all your vanlife videos first, because that is what I'm really interested in, but I'll probably try some of your earlier adventure videos too (didn't know you were the ones who made that "fish" video). You are so inspiring with your “It always seems impossible until it’s done (~ Nelson Mandela) " attitude. Anyway, I'm rambling on again (I tend to do that a lot). I'm glad I found my way back to you guys. You're such a refreshing change in this often very grey world we live in. Even when you talk about the less desirable aspects of your life, you inspire, mainly because you keep it real. I hope I'll get my van one day and that we meet on the road. I'm also in Cardiff almost once every year (my sister-in-law lives there with her husband) and would love to meet up next time I come over (hopefully we'll be able to again soon) if you'll be in the area by any chance. 🙂 All the best to you and thank you ever so much for providing us with so many hours of brilliant entertainment! 🙏🏽😌

We just found you guys because of Eamon and Bec…this is first video that we figured we watch…wow hubby is currently fighting Hodgkin’s Lymphoma the dr said it’s the good cancer which should not be allowed to say to any one.. he been thriving with cancer since 2013..everything didn’t work until this clinical trial. It’s not gone it’s stabke which means it is not growing but a but smaller.. hugs and sooo. Much love to you guys ..we are off to another one your vlogs…here to stay part of viewing family ..

Crikey, I only discovered your channel the other night, it made my night, these crazy but gentle Welshies bumming around Scotland in a bus during lockdown. Just your accent cheers me up, I was born in Newport and lived in Swansea for years and I have a woodland in Snowdonia but I’ve lived in England for most of my life so I just love to hear that accent. And what a story you guys have! Hard to believe you nearly split once, you’re so obviously soul mates, that’s never going to happen is it but sometimes the warped lens of live makes things look that way, especially when the world is watching I bet. When I was little I was temporarily paralysed after I landed funnily jumping on a bouncy castle at my Brownie troop party. I landed exactly the way you described, on my head with my neck tucked. I remember I couldn't move, and what really scared me was that I couldn't speak either. The adults were all completely freaking out that I was clearly awake, but unable to move or speak. Then 15 minutes later my movement and voice spontaneously returned. I've never forgotten how scary it was.

Hi from Oregon in USA! I am a cancer survivor myself. I was a week shy of my 16th birthday when I was officially diagnosed with cancer. Mine was Ewing’s Sarcoma and it’s a type of bone cancer. Mine was in my lower spine. I had back surgery to remove the tumor and a few days later I started my chemotherapy. I did chemo for just over a year and had 6 weeks of radiation also. I’m 37 years old now and have been in remission ever since. I love watching your videos even though I’m fairly new to your page. Keep on keeping on!! (Sorry, edited my age I was diagnosed, didn’t realize til just now it was wrong, lol)

Just found you via Kara and Nate. Loved this honest video. Cancer is ripping up our family at the moment, lost my lifelong friend, brother-in-law and Best Man (that's 1 person) last year and as I write my Sis is in ITU following a cancer op. Hoping for happier days, have subscribed for more. Love to you both x
