Correction, my minimum would be 3k in NYC, just did fact checking on cost of living to see if my numbers were actually good. They were for everywhere, but NYC, them rents really are outrageous. As a personal assistant, you have to do a whole lot and be on call. Stylists, scheduling, events, flights, driving, food, etc... it's a lot for $550 a week.

That check shouldn't be any less than 1000$ per week after taxes. And that should be the probationary period of maybe 2-3 weeks. After that, for all that work, checks should be no less than 1500$ a week. Some may say no less than 2000$ after taxes per week. That's a lot of work for one person. If she insists on only paying 550 a week shes gonna have to be ok with a 550 a week work ethic/ or lighten the work load on her assistant.

If you want an assistant, you should give the person your trying to hire enough respect to pay them a livable wage. People talking about exposure as her assistant will help more.
