It's incredible that developers were able to build on an area known to be prone to flooding. It's even more incredible that the town planners gave permission to the developers. I really feel for the people who live there. Would have throughout that this is a case of negligence on behalf of both the developers and the council.

Thats why the first pictures not shown in the video are from my side of the fence . On public land I cant be stopped and I said to the fire brigade they were doing a great job. I also talked to the residents.
