It's not surprising that the poor horse is in a bad mood.... On this freezing cold day its most probably moving its legs from side to side in order to warm its frozen hooves. 🐴❤🥶😜

I feel bad for this horse they need to tend to the hoofs they need to be trimmed and put new shoes on. I know this because I have had horses since I was 5 years old and I am now 65 I was a judge in horse shows and showed my own horses. And for them to stand that long is abusive to me

Contact their highly experienced farriers then ! If you know anything about horses as you say you do standing for one hour is no problem !
