I have no idea what they're doing with SOB. It's a tradition now for me to include it in every video...you never know how long it'll be sitting there.

That's crazy talk! 105?? There's a high heat warning there today. When you're riding something, all is well, but once you're off the ride...UGH!! Just walking back through the queues is taxing on a super-hot day.

No, I don't think they'll be taking out Flight Deck. It's still fairly popular, and it's a good, fun ride. If anything, they might make it easier to get to Flight Deck if they open up the SOB area with an additional midway, and add some new rides of course!

Cedar Point wil always be my favorite because I worked there and grew up in that area. Kings Island is right behind.

I don't think that Delirium is going anywhere, there's just something major that needs to be fixed. CP's maXair had a problem last season that kept it down for some time. Wish I knew the deal with SOB. As long as the structure is still there, I have hope that they can do something unique with it and not tear it down.

She's at Cedar Point today! It's only her 2nd trip there this year. The heat gets to me these days too! I'll have to wait till it cools down a bit!!

If I wasn't filming so much, the heat wouldn't have been so bad. But I'm walking around the park so much and waiting for rides to cycle through so I can film them, it gets to be a bit much for this old man! :)

I went there about two years ago and the high was 105 degrees. There was no one there so I got about 8 rides on Diamondback in a row before I needed to take a wear break :D

I once went to KI last year and a very bad storm came in and broke lightbulbs all across coney mall and branches where everywhere. Even a tree got knocked down across white water canyons entrance and exit! I also got stuck on racer that day. Are you going to opening day 2013 cause I am ?

Yeah, it was 105. The park EMS was going around the park like crazy. I think this might have been in 2009 in July or early August.

Yes, that was Hot Summer Nights. I know that the dancers have a day or two off during the week and maybe that's what happened. They picked a good day!

as one who works at Kings Island and grew up with Kings Island I have to say I looooove cedar point, but I will always choose Kings Island for mine, tho Cedar Point is Roller Coaster heaven

Talk about mid-90s being uncomfortable! Haha at Six Flags over Texas in the middle of August, it gets to 100+ degrees. It also gets below freezing in winter lol

i went there on the 22 that sunday it was mid 90's not many lines and i also went to the water park it was pack but the lines went very fast at the water park since it was so hot

I hope not. I hope it's like last year(2012) thanks to the bad weather i didn't have to sit in line for 5 hours like in 2011. Although most people will probably disagree. But think about this. Cold, and lite rain? Or 156432 hours waiting for one ride? I go opening day every year and 2012 was my favorite.

Kings Island just announced today that the Son of Beast is going to be torn down and something else will be built in its place. Hoping they could have saved it but it was not to be. :(

I can't stand KI any more after cedar fair took over. The lines used to be all under tents and had mist sprays for hot days, those were all removed. The tomb raider ride was sick but the cedar fair version was stupid. The general atmosphere of the park is just shittier. The only good thing I have to say about it is the new flying coaster is pretty cool.
