As a man, you should never push. If you push, she will form and complain for the rest of the marriage. If she wants you, her energy must match yours. If it doesn't, there are many fish in the river. If she doesn't want, do NOT push her, or there will be issues in that marriage. You pushing means you do not know your self worth, and you will later go through serious pain for it, take it or leave it.

I have told guys this and some of them argue with me a woman. I say a woman knows from Day one if you are the one or not. If she’s making you chase her, leave her. She’s not mature. It’s that simple. Show yourself, Make your intentions known, whatever she decides take it like that. If she’s interested and says no to get it to become hard for you, you have a future manipulative wife in your hand. Not worth the stress. Also ladies be careful of men hunting you down. You are just a challenge he wants to conquer and most times such men are insecure

Wow! Pastor I completely agree with your line of thought here. I have also experienced such situation where my estranged wife told me she married me because our former Pastor persuaded her. She said the man spoke well of me and encouraged her to accept my proposal. I was shocked to hear that, after about four years into the marriage. Eventually, when I accepted an assignment to pastor one of the church branches, she got angry and said she will never be a part of it, as we did not have such agreement before we got married. So, she went to the police, cooked up an allegation against me, and packed and left with our kids. I believe if we follow your line of thought, this kind of situation is so avoidable.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear this. I pray God restore your marriage. This is the reason I don't like recommendation, especially from Pastors. 17:48 Exactly! The Bible, in Amos 3:3, asks: Can two walk together unless they agree to do so? To be honest, I was once guilty of pursuing relationships with strong energy attached but received no reciprocation. Even when I saw the red flags, I still looked for an excuse. This message is an eye-opener for me, and I believe it will be for many others as well. Realistically, presenting oneself honestly and observing how aligned that is with the other person's response, along with the energy reciprocated, will help in making better choices and accepting relationships wisely.
