Kingsong S19 Unboxing // Redemption Wheel?

Looks like an interesting wheel. I like seeing Kingsong coming out with something more 'mid market' instead of trying to rush out products for the cutting edge performance arms race that's going on right now. A lot of people (myself included) said last year that we really just wanted a smaller suspension wheel that was 100v-- an improved, modernized take on the s18 and v11. This looks like a solid response from Kingsong. I juuuuuuust can't get past the fact that the power pads aren't removable/adjustable. No EUC company has so far managed to create a solution that comes close to matching the performance/rideability boost you can get with aftermarket pads. Imo it's essential to make sure the wheel can accommodate those options, and it's a dealbreaker to me to not be able to put the pads where I like, at the angle I like for my riding.

Im sure a lot of people who may be considering this wheel, are mostly concerned with how the pads measure up such as distance between front and back and the angle. Would be amazing if you can let us know what aftermarket pad its similar to. Id consider buying this wheel if I knew it was similar to a clark foam pad which I have grown to love. Id hate to have to change my boot to fit the pad.

Hey, this wheel looks sexy. I had the S18, this looks to be a proper replacement. Will make for the perfect casual, city and group ride wheel. Kingsong is putting the playful fun back into wheels. While my t4, master and Sherman S are powerful wheels, they lack the playful attitude of the S19.

You should know that the majority of wheelers prefer the much more professional and aggressive style of begode T4 and master than this colorful musical toy for children... when a wheel brand has not even been able to 'listening to the needs of users would only be for modular pads is that this brand does not have to exist.

@@ElieSentinas crazy how a nascent market is dominated by enthusiasts that only care about specifications and extremes of performance. Who would have thought. Saying there is no market for a wheel like this is like saying there’s no market for a Lexus rather than a Toyota (or a Ferrari). Different people want different things. This market has not offered a product that appeals to this market segment - and no it’s not children. Not everyone rides at 50 l mph for a hundred miles at a time, and not everyone wants to Velcro 3D printed trinkets to their vehicle.

It is sealed around the speakers and the drivers are not paper cone. Much like the rs19 it's not an issue

The bearing will make a terrible popping noise, don't worry, this is a signature feature on the kingsong lineup. They don't know what press fit is.

KingSong is great about that as long as your moving no kill switch or power button will work. On top of that I think this sense it would need electricity. So it would only work with your skin, a glove may prevent it from working.

It’s not as simple as that because there’s a chassis cowling just like on the S-18 which I removed to bring the S-18 forward to a more modern design(flat chassis-modular design )but unfortunately king song have made the S-19 more complex to customise as it has all the bells & whistles incorporated in the cowling. But don’t give up hope there’s still much room for improvement.👍

When I had an S18, I didn't like how the top part was pressing very hard on my calves. Does the S19 still do that? Also is the battery LG or is it Samsung 40T or something else?

The brake block & slider plate area are very similar to my old design concepts ask king-song 😂 but unfortunately they like all euc manufacturers have no idea when it comes to ergonomics but saying that it is a slight improvement in this area which concerns you because the density is softer & there’s more surface area so yes slight improvement.LG batteries.👍

I have some questions 1, Is the charger silent or with fan? 2, What is the true weight of S19? 3, Is it possible to seat on that top and how comfortable while riding? 4, If possible compare the S22 pro, S19 and S18 side by side for sjze differences. I think S18 will be preferable for those on the easy and gentle side. The slimmer sides will be easier for storage compare to S19 the side pads are not removable like S22. Thank you.

The charger is the same as the s22 (100v varient). This is a toyed up s22 with all the bad shit from s22 here for another round. You won't be riding seated very well, this toy isn't designed with any riding features in mind, just lights and speakers, like a toy. It's going to be a few pounds lighter than a s22. You are better off getting a s22 man. Or no queensong at all. It's 95 percent a s22 anyhow.

@@dirt.surfer Whether it's a toy or not, we'll see how it works. The main question is the weight, the width of the wheel and its center of gravity, if it will feel like a c22 when riding, it makes no sense with its characteristics. If it's as light and maneuverable as a c18, that's cool.

@@dirt.surfer I rode a S18 for 1 year, no problems with the tire or rim (of course a moto rim would be cooler). And just the tire (from supix - went in the first batches) in conjunction with the suspension and 18-diameter wheels gave incredible stability - maneuverability and passability in the city. For me, this is a plus!

I would like to know if grabbing the front bar while hard braking would trigger the cutoff switch - also the lowest slider bearing is still exposed... that was one of my concerns that I brought up and was told it was remedied.

It will take a lot of the battery and I think the range will not exceed 70 km for someone light and who will drive 30 or 35 km/h. But let's wait for the autonomy tests...

@@matf4505Kingsong’s failure to redesign the sliders so that they are durable, sealed and light weight was forgiven for the S20 but to carry this major design flaw through to the S22pro and S19 is unforgivable. Kingsong wants to make toys that are planned to be swiftly obsolete. Whereas Inmotion is iteratively evolving their designs to have a continuity of quality interchangeable design across multiple models, with components designed to be interchangeable with aftermarket suppliers so that consumers can customize their EUCs and expect them to last for a decade or more. Otherwise, i love my 16x and would have bought the S20 if it wasn’t such an insult to riders seeking both performance and value.

Anyone that got the pro knows this has a life span of 200 miles. Than you are left with repairs after repairs and 3rd Market support. I have a s22 its a POS. Kingsong have lost the plot with this dumb design. Pads need to be highly adjustable to be functional. And that sloped top will be nearly impossible to ride on seated. Also we all have great external bt speakers now that can be strapped somewhere audible, no wheel needs built in, crappy, low to the ground speakers in 2023, and especially not fixed in as brake pads This wheel looks like it was created by someone who has seen a lot of eucs but has never ridden one.

I do not care about milions of LED's, I do not want fixed power pads and I do not care about speakers at all. I want proper suspension, raw power and space for custom power pads.
