Thanks for sharing Geoff. Adding Kingston to my To Do List. I agree that it’s hard to determine difference between reckless and adventure. So far all the trails we’ve done in Co, Az and Ut have been mostly on the adventure side. Places like Black Bear seem reckless to me but I realize that the more wheeling I do the less reckless some of these trails become. But,on the other side, the older I get the more reckless some of them become……

Thanks Mike! Kingston is really great. It’s not a super long trail and you get above tree line pretty quick. It has some great views. It’s not as epic as a lot of the San Juan trails but it’s worth it. Argentine is so awesome too. I’d pick Argentine first but this one is excellent. I always struggle with trails like Black Bear just because of the exposure and the “what if” thing. But this is what we do 😂

Thanks Ted! I just wish the Mini3 would track smoother instead of responding to every little change in vehicle speed. Should be something they can handle with a firmware update? Anyways, I just take what footage I can get from the Mini3 and delete all the stuff where the drone is zooming in and out like a bat out of hell! I got so lucky on that lightning crack! Kingston Peak is supposed to be fairly easy if I recall. Judging from the amount of stock rigs in the video I think my Tacoma on 31s would do fine?

Yes. Just be prepared with spare tires and air compressor or something to inflate tires with. It’s always after traveling with a group but this trail has a lot of traffic so if you get into a bind you should see someone else. - Geoff
