@@dnnyc-cg2fc Jamaica did have a law where you can't build buildings above certain high because of earthquakes. But it was change a bit to allow build upwards because of now space limitation.

Jamaica is so underdeveloped they just have one moderately tall building to show off. And it's still not even that tall.
