How many amps does a regular manufactured house have ? Is it the same as a regular home with 200amp panel ? Or would I need to downsize to meet the amp requirements

Great question. The amperage depends on the electric provided to the home. You can order a 200 amp home if needed.

How much was the lot rent? I am in California the bay to be specific. Buying a house is way out of our budget. So we want to look in to a Manufactured home I have heard rent of lot os $1850-2500 a month. Pretty ridiculous!

That could have been disclosed along with space rent and rental period of space rent. Those are not selling points and how long is the guarantee that you can leave the house there in the event of a property sale? If you have to move it, yikes! Having said that they work for some people just do your very serious research before buying.
