Jordan's are quite smart people. Tourism is a big money maker for the country. Caucasians are taken care of by most of the population, bad publicity would be very harmful to the country! Also he is a Male tourist, most of the population in the streets are also male. Female tourist on their own would not be treated the same as there would be a strong hesitancy to interact with a female tourist. There is a strong possibility of being rejected, causing a fear response or getting involved with a young single available female causing a lot of problems for the man and his family! That is just the way it has been. The culture is changing slowly towards progressive ways. Please respect the efforts being made, change is slow. If you are a traveling female please make sure that there is at least one intelligent and strong male in your group. This is just a realistic comment. Every one is entitled to their own opinion! I am a caucasian Roman Catholic who try's to get along with all peoples.😁🇨🇦

Those Bekaa valley thugs in Lebanon spoked you Kino. I say that because those two men who came offering help, where you put up your tent behind that house, were genuinely concerned about your safety - from snakes, specifically. You seemed skeptical about their intentions. I thought that was incredibly kind and noble of them to actually come over and offer shelter and food. Another Fantastic video, you’re so different from the rest of travel bloggers, and those of us who follow appreciate that.
@KinoYves2 жыл бұрын
It's true that I am much more careful because of the thugs if the Bekaa. Though I knew that these guys in the video were kind, but because of the Bekaa, yes, I'd rather avoid going to sleep in people's house with all my belongings.
