This strikes me as a dense piece, I'm almost getting a metal impression of it if that makes any sense. Great performance from both of you!

Watching Ms. Cooper play it's easy to see why one might describe it as "metal". There is some incredibly aggressive bowing in places, and pizzicato that deliberately snaps strings against the fingerboard. Also she embodies her sense of the music in a fairly dramatic way at times.

Absolutely beautiful. Music may be the art of silence or the art of noise, this is a perfect blend. Edit: Some details strongly remind me of Egberto Gismonti... coincidence?
