The vacuum trick works great! I accomplished the same thing but I did it differently as I was doing the 50 hour solo. You can take the engine oil fill cap and place it on the hydraulic fill port. The engine oil cap has a gasket on it that creates an air tight seal in the hydraulic system.

Well if that works that's much easier than using a vacuum for sure

Excellent video of the service. I’m new to Kioti tractors and completed my 50 hour service. The vacuum tip worked flawlessly. Thanks for this.

Hope the 4210 is treating you well, have you done your first service yet? I’m pretty sure the hulk installs the filters at the factory lol. Just hitting 170 on my 4210 after a year now. ✌️

Nice " Gear-drive " rig-- saved yourself another 85.oo$ on filters without having a hydro-slack-o-matic trany. Kool vacuum trick. My simular sized " kubogy "Mx5200 TLB has a " side-winder hydraulic filter , but doesen' t dump hardy more than 6-8 ounces of fluid in a " quick-exchange" on the horizontal filter. My gear drive shuttle shift transmission "rig" is a "fuel sipper" were as the greasing is almost the same comparable expense. Thank you for the great Vidio Sir and happy safe tractoring. My "kubogy " dealer has never given me the wrong filter--- YET, even at 925hours worth of changes--- the one good thing to say about the "kubogy" system( among a few others).

Good show of how to use the shop vac. I used the same trick while changing the hydraulic filter on my CK4010 and could not believe how well it worked. I agree with you, just have to take your time and follow the manual and you can save quite a few $$$ on maintenance. Just make sure to keep all parts and fluid receipt as proof of purchase in case of problems during warranty period.

Did you have a magnet at the end of the hydraulic filter that captures metal shavings. Seems like I have seen others change it and wipe the metal off of the magnet before screwing on the new filter.
@FightingIbisFarms

I've changed that hydraulic filter twice now and do not remember ever having or seen a magnetic rim or anything magnetic on the inlet side of it. Both filters I replaced it with or straight from the Kioti dealer. Might be possible there's a different model filter out there but I'm just speculating.

I found the other video again last night and it was on the filter stem of the tractor. Both filter stems had it and he cleaned the metal off before putting the new filters on. He actually had difficulty getting the filters off due to the strong magnet grabbing the open filter rim. STUFF ‘N SUCH is the KZbin channel. I’m only at ten hours on my 7320 cab, but I very much appreciate all of you guys showing me how to do it, as I’m new to tractors and not a gear head. Also my closest Kioti dealer is 3 1/2 hours away. Keep up the RX 7320 maintenance videos, I find them very valuable. Looking forward to the transfer case oil change. Thank you.

There ist a strong Magnet. Easy to Clean. Makes it a little difficult to place the new filter ...

How's the regen been going for you first 200 hours?
@FightingIbisFarms
@FightingIbisFarms 2 жыл бұрын
Everything has been fine. The dealer made it clear when they delivered it that when Regen occurs not to shut the engine down. There is a button on the dash that allows you to cancel it out but every time it occurs I'm usually working on the tractor for multiple hours. I will say it drains a little bit of the power so in most cases I bump up the throttle a little bit. I'd say the worst part about it is the smell but nothing I can't get over.
