Nice one Kip, if it is completely dead and power is getting to the board with these old games it is usually just a dead transistor, although you can test it in situ to confirm. Welcome back and hold the the cold gets better after all that snow in NY 😃

Well done. If you do get back to the firefox, note that the schematic available on some sites is incorrect (wrongly orientated and identified diodes and caps and incorrect chopper circuit).

​@@kiphakesNot as far as I know. I did start to correct it but I was doing that based on your video and other circuit boards views I saw elsewhere on the web. I sold my one many years ago. A valuable reverse-engineering exercise for someone who has one.

You could, if you wish, use the downloaded schematic and then correct it as you go along (if you swap the polarity of all the zeners on the schematic you will have a reasonable starting point (not for the faint-hearted). The chopper part is completely wrong and will need to be redrawn. Some forums do correctly identify the zener voltages
