As much as Kirby puts it on the players for why Georgia showed up to play, he is the reason that the culture at Georgia has changed. He does a great job inspiring his players who want to play no matter what. Thank goodness Georgia hired him. He's already done much more than I ever imagined for our program.

I have nothing but respect for Georgia running back #2 Kendall Milton. How come he never "opted out?" This dude ran over our entirely healthy defense with ONE LEG basically. If anyone who should have opted out it was him. How come he didn't opt out? Answer: He's a Football player who loves the game with NO EXCUSES. Georgia was the team that didn't "have anything to play for." Those players got rings; many of them have two rings. The difference? They showed up and played; no excuses. This game was more important to FSU than it was to Georgia despite being "snubbed." What happened instead? A fan base who automatically assumed entitlement as if we were "2 time defending National Champs." We FSU have something to prove; Georgia doesn't. And as usual from all the complaining we end up with pie in our faces. The game is played and won on the field. The FIELD is where you evaluate players. The FIELD is where you evaluate your opponent. I'm just fed up with our fan base and disappointed. That one game just made our 13-0 regular season seem like a "fluke." The last day for transfer portal eligibility is January 1st. Even the portal players could have still played and made themselves eligible. I'm not disappointed with the players or the coaches. I'm disappointed with our fan base and all these excuses coming from our fan base. Let the players play the game and stop putting players in hostile situations. Georgia didn't have that problem because they have been there and done that. Our team hasn't. We still have something to prove so stop acting as if we are entitled. You aren't "entitled" until you actually win.

Georgia was in my final four teams. FSU was not even in my top ten at full strength. They would have finished in the middle of the pack in the SEC. Georgia would have won it all , if they had received the invitation. Best team in college football the last 3 years. Impressive collection of football talent . The third string QB was instructed to take a knee otherwise it would been 70 to 3. Clemson fan .

Many people do not understand the sacrifices and the time commitments necessary to run a D1 program. I watched a good bit of this game last night. I swear the commentators spent 95% of their time praising the Florida State QB as if he was single handedly keeping them in the game. Florida State was in the game for the first 9 minutes and got absolutely curb stomped the rest of the way.
