Kirby Super Star Arena with Suplex in 5'23'06 (Improved!)

I didn't shave off an entire minute of the older run like I did for Jet, but 21 seconds is still a nice improvement. Unlike the Jet improvement I started a new Suplex run from scratch, though the only remarkably faster battle was with Lololo & Lalala, whom I destroy on the first pass. Everything else was just done a little more nicely.
Dyna Blade was defeated at the start of an attack animation, so the game made her finish it before her "defeat" took place. She can't touch me at that point, though, and because her health bar and name vanished the clock had also stopped. So, no time wasted there.
I throw the apple away from the left Twin Woods tree and not at it because it'll just break and do nothing. The overlap deals damage, though, which is why I turn.
Suplex's strongest move is done by pressing down after grabbing something in midair, but unfortunately there was only one fight where it was not only able to connect but the best choice of attack. Which sucks, because it otherwise hits twice for a cool 90 damage apiece.

At first, sure, but the novelty quickly wears off when it's the only way to destroy things in a timely fashion. It's always more fun to take projectiles and hurl them around.

It's worth noting that in the DS remake, the Judo miniboss's hadokens can be suplex'd! I loled when I did that for the first time!

Weak. You know, a bunch of people have been commenting on my vids telling me about all these changes they've made to abilities or bosses or the arena itself, and while they're not drastic changes alone, all together it feels like they went out of their way to make the arena no fun to speed run.

Wow that was totally amazing. I'm trying to do this (not a speed run just suplex run) and Metaknight always messes me up with his h4x. This definitely helps. I never even thought to hit him on the way down.

I've found out that Twin Woods has 300 HP, 150 for both of them. And if the damage overlaps, in this case, what I mean is, if one of the trees has only 30 HP, and you do a Hammer Flip which does 80 HP, the other 50 HP will still be done

Im pretty sure if you use the standard 'b' throw on the red dragon it can be a one shot, but only if every hit connects. you have to be standing under him diagonally to the right if youre facing right

Plus I think the bosses have longer invincibility frames.
