Kirk i wish all pastors heard this about voting. I'm not married and have know kids and I'm 52 but i still vote for other parents that have kids and grandkids. I'm a child of GOD and that's my job is to protect these children.😊

He said something that reminds me of something we used to say in recovery.. God doesn't wake up every day thinking he's me. 😂 Kurt Cameron could absolutely portray Casey Kasem... he sounds sooo much like him. I'm so grateful for what he's saying about wives needing to feel safe and protected. Nail on the head. There is so much stuff out there trying to convince men that men know what all women want and need more than we do (individually or as a borg 🖖🤪) I haven't listened to the whole podcast yet. I came over after I saw that clip on instagram.

Kirk, you only mention Protestants who got involved with politics but before St. Maximilian Kolbe offered his own life to save a Jewish man in the death camp, he started a magazine that is still publishing in Poland and spoke out in print against the Nazis. That's why his brothers were arrested to begin with. He was away when that happened, so he went to the Nazis and surrendered himself to suffer with his brothers rather than escape.

The young folk know Kirk for his ministry and not for Growing Pains….isn’t that awesome.

The first time I heard Kirk tell the kiss story, he told it differently. He said he accidentally used numbing ointment instead of chapstick by accident because he was so nervous to kiss her and then they were both numb after the kiss and he was crazy embarassed.

Odd, Well good thing it’s just about their first kiss

It was obviously a practical joke and maybe he didn’t realize it was numbing ointment until he actually put it on.
