Statue of limitations is also up for felonies of the type, which is 5 years. They are claiming it’s not up because he wasn’t in the state so it was paused, which is actually a thing but it’s meant for people in hiding so they can’t just wait 5 years and come back to the country free and clear. The issue is he wasn’t hiding, they could have called him up at any time and requested his appearance.

I’d like to see these libraries have to allow Kirk to put up large screen TV’s and a sound system to accommodate all those who show up. I would love to see the community have to hear that all the way through the library and out into the street where the people on the street would also be blessed with his reading of his book. These libraries need to be hit hard with criminal charges for lewd behavior (the drags are usually lewd), especially in the presence of a minor, and for peddling porn to minors. If I knew what I know now my older 2 would have been home schooled 17 and 22 now my 7 year old is homeschooled and is loving learning in the way he is personally involved in the creative process and how he learns best. He is such a sweet little boy and I don't have to rush him we play after work is done he helps in our garden and is learning plant science on the daily so it's teaching him problem solving real kindness and care and his math isn't to shabby either

First of all, God loves you and has given you every opportunity to seek and find him as you put aside your own opinions on him in this world filled with logical enough sounds lies that are popular to believe but have you miss out on so much more that God has for you and him. Our family is in science, we love the creation Museum and Ark Encounter. Scientist an average people from around the world travel there for research, growth, and fun. Take two days at each location actually reading the The science. I promise you if you are a humble person seeking the truth you will find it there. I get it, public schools, public school books I read taught things like “from a prehistoric ferret came the sperm whale” and they repeatedly tell us that’s a fact that we are to unquestionably accept as the allowed science, but while there’s a lot of speculation in that and what’s pushed as the only ideas allowed there are places such as answers in genesis and answers TV where you can learn from Young earth scientists that focus on science that’s testable and observable instead of what’s popular to push according to the religion of secular humanism and it’s very biased beliefs. They think that they can just set carbon dating by millions of years and reject not only the Christian Bible but piles of evidence that young earth scientist don’t ignore. I think you’ll find it very enlightening to start studying what younger the creation’s study. Again, our family works in secular science. There’s no conspiracy theory that the people that fund secular science have just as much of a biased as young earth creation do if not more. And most startling of all is how opinion is spoken as fact, including saying all scientists agree on things that all scientists do not agree on. Three years ago was a perfect example of scientist not agreeing but media saying they did. This battle truly is spiritual, good versus evil. All evidence clearly points to young earth. Yet there’s quite the attack on that isn’t there? Not believing in Young Earth isn’t going to send anyone to Hell, don’t hear me saying that. However, if you or those you love choose a hardened heart God will eventually solidify the hardening as the person chooses the path of idolatry, the WIDE path to Hell. God forces himself and the truth on no one. In the solidification, when pharaoh choose to let his child die, rather than a Jew and his child be free we saw God’s 11 attempts at mercy and love rejected, God has to allow the mercy to end at some point and judgment to fall or he wouldn’t be just. God is just. Those who followed God can be free from those who don’t. When it comes to the young earth stuff it’s just the most logical an in line with actual science information that’s available, but if you look at it through the lens of not wanting the truth to be the truth, God‘s going to let you believe whatever nonsense you want as long as it allows for those seeking the truth to even more clearly see it. The evil in this world has nothing to do with God, other than the fact that people have rejected God and all the good he has if they surrender to him and his perfect, logical, and better ways found in the truth that sets people free.
