Went from an old work horse to this model. I was unsure of the new sounds as it was a cosmetic damaged discount. So naturally I was skeptical of any unlisted additional damages. This video cleared up a lot of wonder. Thank you.

Just bought this machine today. Hope it lasts longer than the whirlpool it's replacing. That machine barely made 2 yrs. Yikes! The LG 4.8cu ft. Wasn't available and this was on a very good sale.

Pay attention to the yellow shirt, you can see how it is moving around, and disappeared, but then reappeared back again; and it’s not old school washer turnover but, hey, at least we save water! And it does do slow turnover. I rate this 9(1/2) /10 stars, the only thing is if you put too little clothes in, when it spins and does a spray rinse, the water doesn’t fully hit the clothes, making the 1 rinse option OK, just not perfect.

Only concern is that rinse cycle, I wish they had made it so that the fill spout is ever so slightly back so that water can hit the clothes. otherwise, great machine, I'm getting one this week and can't wait to use it.

I only wash in deep water the auto sensing not enough water to wash well. It makes a lot of noise too ! Is there I way I can soak for 24 hrs ? Mine is MVWC565F

This washer is pretty good for a Whirlpool VMW. I like the low water although I’d personally prefer an impeller washer over these agitators. But I bet you can just replace the agitator with an impeller as it’s not a real agitator. It is just a post on a washplate.

Although the agitator does absolutely nothing. All the rollover is from the washplate.

Has anyone use the Power Wash feature? If so, does it agitate fast? Does it work like the older style washing machine with Super Wash feature. Does use to agitate really fast before normal wash.

No. This is about as powerful as this machine gets. Powerwash is just longer. Much longer.

@@Smurdle450 Yes, I noticed that. Also, if you want a full load of water you need to set the knob to (bulky / sheet). It fills the water to the top within that cycle. No where in the instructions explains that.

Hey Kirk, 2 things that I want to request for your Future Washer Videos with the Maytag Washers. 1.) If you were to do some more Videos of the MVWC565FW Maytag Washer, can you do some with Extra Rinse turned on? As I’ve seen how it’d do it’s Wash Pattern with Extra Rinse turned off, I’d like to this time see how it’d do it’s Wash Pattern with Extra Rinse turned on. 2.) Alongside the 5 Maytag Washers of MVWC200XW, MVWC300XW, MVWC350AW, MVWC400XW, & MVWC450XW that I’m still wanting to see on here soon, there are some really good Maytag Washers that I’d like to request to see on here 1 day & hopefully with at least Extra Rinse turned on, as these ones have the Extra Rinse Option, plus I happen to like a lot on when the Washers are running with at least Extra Rinse turned on, as it makes things more interesting & stuff. The Maytag Washers that I’d like to also see on here: - MVWC200BW - MVWC300BW - MVWC360AW - MVWC400BW? 🤔 - MVWC400YW? 🤔 - MVWC416FW - MVWC425BW - MVWC465HW - MVWC555DW - MVWX500BW - MVWX600BW - 3LMVWC315FW? 🤔 - 3LMVWC415FW? 🤔

This washer seems to have done a decent job. Got a nice bloom action. I don't understand the logic of the upper-agitator if it's agitating in both directions, but besides that peeve, the washer didn't do a bad job at all.

I didn't use it yet, But the person who delivered it turn on and told me to let go though a complete cycle! It sure didn't sound or run like my 32 year old Hotpoint washer machine which still worked! Let's hope we both made a good choice buying it! Good luck and happy washing! 🙂
