I spray my wooden furniture with a clear uv coat. Keeps everything clean and protected for years

Great tip 👍With the harsh UK weather I would still advise covering or storing inside over the cold winter. Painted wooden furniture will not stay as good as when you bought it.

Even in Australia we cover the outdoor furniture in Winter. The only Ikea outdoor stuff I have is 4 of the Skarpo chairs. I've had them since maybe 2015 and still in great condition and very comfortable. I'm pretty sure they were less than half the current price so I'll be hanging onto them a while longer. They too get covered in the winter. As for that last table and chairs I have never seen anything so HIDEOUS!!!! No other words for it.
