I will start with the positives. It has neat finishings and I'm glad the tiles were not busy with patterns and colours. However, the black windows and doors would match better with white walls and maybe it would look brighter cause it looked a little dark inside. For some reasons those clashing colours make it look cheaper. It's a nice house overall.

A lot of though went into this (many factors considered) and they have great ideas. I don't love it, but I like it. The interior is 60-70%(general design-I'm generous). I just wish developers would focus on outdoor space as well; compound, grass, amenities and all. I like to run and roll around😁. Nice though👍

1. Straight off the bat, door handle 🚮 is that not a jacuzi handle which can also be used as a towel handle 2. Exterior wall colors 🚮 Small windows in proportion to the space hence limited daylight and bad window design ❎ 3. Four burner vooker space but no fridge space, also what to do if you have a 6 burner ❎ 4. Lack of seamless flow between rooms; poor design ❎ 5. Light fixtures 🚮 6. White color walls and neutral tiles ✔ 7. Different color skirting all around the ceiling and❎ 8. Adequate storage spaces✔ 9. Adequate sockets and switches✔

Thanks for the video, the features in the bathrooms look good. However the things that threw me off are natural light though is nowhere to be seen.The kitchen and the balconies are tiny, I’d rather have a bigger room than a balcony I can barely use. It’s nice that there’s a laundry area even though I wasn’t wowed by it. I was hoping for a walk in closet in the master bedroom(that may just be me being spoiled). The garden and backyard is tiny, can it even feed one person? A tree or 2 would be nice and more space in the front to chill or play in case you have a car. Lastly that annoying bell gotta go.

Ceilings too low, make the house a little bit higher and have higher ceilings, kitchen is not open. It's closed. The house has no natural light, think about natural lighting when designing the house. It's important.

A lot of money went into the finishing but there's too much going on. The overall design is too busy. Why have all those colors? The world is gravitating towards minimalist settings. Expensive doesn't mean it's tasteful. And builders please, go easy on windows and doors with rounded top corners.
