I wouldn't go that far. Eric Singer is actually a far better, more technical player than Carr was. Even then, Eric Singer isn't one of the best drummers either. I love KISS, but you KISS groupies are a hoot.

When Paul and Michael Bolton wrote this song, they had NO idea i'm sure of what kind of monster hit they were penning. This will forever be that "other" top 10 hit of the 2 that kiss had because yah, Beth was written in their biggest heyday and got all the tv exposure etc but for this fan of the 80's it will always be their best single. The Guitar solo by Bruce is probably my favorite part. most solos are a lot of "noodling" but he gives that solo purpose. Great Job Guys.

No offense intended. Just opinion. The tightest they ever sounded was Stanley/Simmons/Kulick/Singer. Carr was great and I’d of course rather he never passed, but I for one was pissed when they put the makeup back on. They chose money over the actual music. They even changed the way they were playing most of the songs. They certainly dumbed down the drums so the fossil could play. Ace is different. He brings something to the table. Sure he is nowhere near as technical as Bruce, but he wrote some great songs with KISS and has a likable personality. He’s smarter than people give him credit for. I really wish he’d come up and play something during the last 2 shows. The fans would love it. Leave the fossil at home.
